I. General introduction
The FFU series engineering plastic pontoon pump is developed on the basis of successful experience and mature technologies of absorbing the development of the FYUC series of engineering plastics low-speed cantilever residue slurry pump and low-speed serial horizontal pump. This series of pumps are adopted pontoon type structure, the pump is floating up and down
with the liquid level height. Pump head is always below the liquid surface, in this way, no matter how low level, the pump can work reliably.
The series of flow components pump adopted the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) production, has excellent anti-corrosion, anti-abrasive and anti-impact properties. Due to adopt cantilever shaft structure, and the lower part has no seal, so the pump can work empty. Meanwhile, because of the low speed, this pump is more wear-resisting, especially suitable for the corrosive medium of high solid content (including the weight of the solids concentration of 40% or less, solid particle diameter of 1.0 mm or less).It’s also transport corrosive cleaning fluid, the pump applicable temperature of 80 ℃ or less.
Its spindle connect motor directly, has no bearing and other parts. The spindle is short and coarse and its speed is low,so the pump work more smoothly and has lower noise and less vibration and its work reliability is high.
The FFU series pump can be widely used in chemical industry, nonferrous metallurgy (gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, tin, nickel, cobalt, tungsten, etc.),black smelting industry (steel pickling, manganese industry), rare metal, chemical fiber, pesticide, phosphate and compound fertilizer, titanium dioxide, citric acid, dye, rare earth, power plant desulfurization, sewage treatment and other industries with large particle transport of acid, alkali and salt and other corrosive media.
